How to manage yourself? Md Nasim Billah Tufan
I think that the beginning is long ago, but actually the matter of management starts right after going to school. On the way you must have heard thousands of times every day that you can not manage this matter? How did you manage? How do you manage so many tasks at the same time etc etc. The main purpose of my writing today is how you manage every thing in life??
Ask yourself the following questions
১)What are my strengths ?
By analyzing feedback you will find your strength.
For example:
If you want to do business then before starting you have to write down that within 7 months you will do all this work
For example,
*Product Designing
*Prototyping
*Marketing
After 7 months, if you check the progress of your work, then the parts you have completed are your strength, and the rest are weakness.
Here is a point of understanding. Basically what we do wrong at this time is that we emphasize on our Weakness. But we should focus on our Maximum Energy Strength. So Weakness cannot be excluded from Focus at all. We can follow 80/20 Rules.
★Focus on your strengths, but manage your weakness ★
২)How do i perform?
If you ask yourself three questions, you will get this answer very easily
*Can you handle pressure?
*Are you a team player or do you work best alone?
* Decision maker or Adviser?
Remember that we should not do something that we cannot do well.
৩)What are my values?
Values matter is very important even if you don't notice it.
Suppose you like the environment very much. But you work in an oil pump. Then you will not like it there or you will lose the motivation to work after some time. So do not work or work in a place where your values are harmed.
৪)Where do i belong?
The answer is very simple where you can adjust yourself.
৫)What should i contribute?
Can you contribute from your own place in any sector? However, it should be remembered that the plan should not be more than 18 months. Any plan should be done keeping 2 conditions in mind
★Is that achievable?
★Meaningful or whether it will benefit?
