How to stop worrying and start living ?

Every day I don't know how many thoughts are going around in my head. 99.99% of them are valueless. And because of such numerous thoughts, our life seems more difficult. Many people may not find any explanation for it and face many other problems such as depression, anxiety. Today I will talk about some things to be done about this matter, if Allah wills, these steps If you follow, maybe you can get some solution.
1) What we want in the future should be written on a paper. If there is a chance, a "Vision Board" should be made and hung on the wall.
2) Read every morning and start work according to priority.
For example:-
What to do to buy a house
* Budget setting has to be done
* It must be decided where it will be made
* Deciding when to build
3) Regularly check the steps to see if there is any upgrade required?
4) You should not think about any bad things of Past & Future. Rather, you should think about how good things are or can be done in the present.
5) If you want to think about a specific issue, you should think about what could be the worst outcome of that issue.
6) If a specific subject raises your thoughts, repeat the following four actions
*Review your worry
*Find the facts
*Analyse the facts
*Find the solution
